“The culture within the Dove House Academy (SEN school) is fantastic and the attitude towards learning is the highest I’ve witnessed. The school aims to “make a difference” for every student and their families alike, it reinstated the reason why I wanted to become a teacher and gave me some fantastic work ethics and new teaching practices which I have taken back to my school.”
The High potential for a career within the partnership – employment rates on our programmes are high and career progression is embedded into our culture.
